What can I expect from Halloween Scary Valley?
Halloween Scary Valley is the new Scream Park near Barcelona for the most daring public.  Survive the night in the most sinister valley and face your worst nightmares in this terrifying experience. Passages of terror, Scare Zones and many other activities will make you live the best Halloween of your life.

Is it an indoor or outdoor experience?
Both indoors in the case of the terror tunnels, and outdoors in the case of the model exhibition site.

Is it COVID-safe?
We take all the security measures, in many areas of the enclosure you can find hydroalcoholic gel, in the model exhibition area, being outdoors, you can go without a mask as long as the safety distance of 2m is maintained, in the case of In the tunnels of terror, the use of a mask is mandatory as it is a closed site.

There is conditioned air?
There is no air conditioning, but the areas are ventilated in the closed rooms.

Is the experience accessible to deaf people?
Yes

Are there strobe lights, loud noises, or fog machines?
Yes, in the Haunted Houses and Scare Zones you can find this type of special effects along with others such as very loud sounds, smoke and other types of effects that can surprise visitors.

What are the access options for people with reduced mobility
PMR?
The facility is prepared to welcome people in wheelchairs,  At the entrance, we have a ramp with a small rise or difference in level and at the access until we reach the area of the terror tunnels, there is a ramp and the floor is made of earth and gravel. We have adapted toilets.

Will food and drink be available on site?
Yes, the restaurant on the premises is open, as well as the snack point and the picnic area where you can bring food and drinks from outside.

Can I take photos or videos of the experience?
In the area outside the YES enclosure, inside the terror tunnels, no.

Can I touch the actors or sets?
You can't touch the models, you can't touch the characters in the park.

Can minors go to Halloween Scary Valley alone?
No.

What happens if someone gets too scared?
If a client gets too scared, we have emergency exits in all passages to facilitate the exit of visitors.
In the outer areas of the park in almost all the steps there is an alternative step to avoid going through the terror zone.
In the event of a panic attack our staff will be able to calm visitors.

Do I need to use masks?
It is only mandatory in closed places, terror tunnels, inside the restaurant.
In the outdoor area it is not mandatory as long as the safety distance of 2m is maintained.

What time do the doors open?
The doors to the enclosure with access to the cafeteria, bathrooms and square, will be at 7:30 p.m.

Until what time can I enter?
They can arrive at the venue between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The venue closes at 00:00h

What if I'm late?
After 11:00 p.m., the entrance is lost.

Will it give me time to do all the activities?
The organization has designed the experience with the aim of being able to carry out all the activities.  We recommend arriving when the doors open, at 7:30 p.m.

Can I bring animals?
No, access to any type of animal is not allowed.

Is there a minimum age?
The recommendation is from 13 years.

Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is free for all customers.

What items are not allowed in Halloween Scary Valley?
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.  It is not allowed to wear the hidden face with a Halloween mask.

Are there wheelchairs available to rent?
We only have one wheelchair. It is freely available with prior reservation.

Can I buy tickets at the box office?
Yes, PVP €28, and capacity is not guaranteed.
